Privacy notice
What we collect
- What you send us in a form: name, work email, company, role, app, ad spend range, goal and message.
- App searches you run in the “Try it” demo. We look these up in Apple’s public App Store listings.
- Basic, cookie-free usage events: page views, which demo or form you used, the campaign link (UTM) you arrived from, the referring site, your approximate country, and device type.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept only to prevent spam and abuse. We don’t store the IP itself.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, set up a pilot or workspace if you ask for one, and understand which channels bring people to FeedOS. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.
Where it lives and for how long
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). We keep form submissions while we have a business relationship or open conversation with you, and usage events for up to 13 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Use the contact form and say “privacy request”, and we’ll act on it promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
